Made with SPOON JUNKIE nut butters our KETTLE Cookies are low heat hand crafted from a dehydrator.

DIRECTIONS: (1 Jar makes 52 oz our our MEALK)

1. Put 19 oz distilled Water in blender
2. 4.5 oz Mealk Butter (1/2 jar)
3. 2.5 oz Maple Tree Sap (comes with your order)
4. Blend for 15 seconds and chill.
   (Maybe a little less maple for cereal use and mare maple for desired taste)
