- Put 19 oz distilled Water in blender
- 4.5 oz Mealk Butter (1/2 jar)
- 2.5 oz Maple Tree Sap (comes with your order)

Blend for 15 seconds and chill.
(Maybe a little less maple for cereal use and mare maple for desired taste)
